Looking for Yoopers with Talent!
The Island Resort & Casino in affiliation with Bonkerz Comedy Club is offering a unique opportunity to U.P. residents* for a chance to appear on next season's America's Got Talent television show.
Through February 19, be listening to the following radio stations for on-air contests. WGLQ (Escanaba) WYKX (Escanaba) WIMK (Iron Mountain) WFXD & WKQS (Marquette)
10 winners per station will be randomly drawn for preliminary auditions to be held at the casino in February. Each contestant will have a 60 second videotaped interview and a 90 second videotaped talent audition. The best of the 50 tapes will be sent to America's Got Talent selection committee.
Auditions will be closed to the public!
*Wisconsin listeners within range are also eligible for on-air radio contests and drawings. Must be 18 years or older. Individuals, no bands.
